Everseed's ferroalloys manufacturing facility, acquired in 2025, was established in 1996. The original plant was designed with an annual capacity of 3,600 tons of premium quality gas atomised FeSi15, which was increased to 5,800 tons per annum in 2002. In 2014, a second plant was commissioned, adding a further 6,000 tons per annum of capacity. Subsequently, the original plant was upgraded in 2016 to a capacity of 6,000 tons per annum. As a result, EverSeed FerroAlloys’ current plant capacity stands at an expanded and upgraded 12,000 tons per annum.
Over the past two decades, two groundbreaking processing technologies aimed at improving beneficiation processes were developed. These technologies target ultra-high (UHDMS) and ultra-fine (UFDMS) dense medium separation. Today, EverSeed FerroAlloys offers a range of products that potentially unlock the economics of millions of tons of low-grade mining ores, tailings and discards.

EverSeed FerroAlloys is ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 and adheres to strict control measures to ensure compliance with all quality, environmental and health and safety standards.
